What is managed hosting?
HostPro provides a managed hosting environment where we own the data centre and usually the server hardware and we take responsibility for the network, devices, operating systems and application infrastructure providing a stable environment for the services you require.
We are accountable for the provision of the connection to the internet and the stability of your hardware platform leaving your IT team to manage the applications running on your server.
Managed Hosting v Co-location
In the managed hosting environment we take on the task of providing the necessary infrastructure as well as providing and maintaining the server hardware. Managed hosting provides exceptional value and return on investment to the corporate user as it frees up critical in house IT resources who should not be spending their time administering web infrastructure which is often not in their direct control.
